After deciding to relocate the Graduate School of Business (GSB) to London, the University of Chicago has sold to the Alting Real Estate Group the building that houses the European headquarters of its business school in Barcelona. The Catalan company has paid 17 million Euros for a building of the early twentieth century located on the Aragó street, near the Passeig de Gràcia, with a surface area of 3,850 m².
