1977
Innovative concept
Created with an innovative concept based on comprehensive management consulting, intermediation and administration services for real estate assets: Alta Gestión Inmobiliaria
1988
Expansion ad growth
Two new business lines created: real estate investment and development. The firm weathered the real estate crisis prior to the 92 Olympic Games in Barcelona.
2008
Investment in value
Significant investments were made, giving us a big push that has taken the company to its current position in the real estate sector.
2014
Consolidation and generating value
After everything learned in overcoming the crisis, we embarked on an ambitious plan of acquisition, repositioning and growth in three lines of business.

New challenges
We are beginning this new stage with the 2020 Transformation Plan, which tackles structural changes in the innovation arena throughout the company to improve sustainability and boost growth, now and in the future.
