The Alting Real Estate Group Sales Department has finished marketing its new-build housing development Kennedy Residencial, located at 443 Balmes Street, in the Sant Gervasi district of Barcelona.

The property, acquired by the Alting group in 2019, is a listed historical building at the very top of Carrer Balmes, on Plaça Kennedy, in the La Bonanova neighborhood, which is one of the most exclusive, in-demand residential areas of Barcelona.
As it is a listed building, the exclusive renovation project, designed and carried out by the Alting technical department, was based around a full restoration of the façades and preserved the most iconic elements like the balconies, main staircase, marble floors, wrought-iron main door and wooden front doors to the apartments.
This work struck just the right balance between classic and modern aesthetics, both in terms of layout and in the materials and finishes used, creating homes with modern installations, designed to save energy and be more sustainable, with an excellent energy rating.
