A new telematics service will allow homeowners’ associations to certify the existence of debts. Notaries and building administrators are joining forces to verify the existence of any debts homebuyers may have with their homeowners’ association.

The General Council of Property Managers in Spain and the General Council of Notaries Public signed a collaboration agreement today to connect their technology platforms and make buying and selling a home safer and faster.

This new telematics service will provide information via secure connections regarding any payments outstanding with homeowners’ associations and, if there are debts, collect them before formalizing a deed. A quick alternative for both homebuyers and homeowners’ associations.
