EXPANSIÓN “WHO’S WHO IN THE SPANISH ECONOMY”
Wednesday, September 27, 2023.- The Alting Real Estate Group has been named one of the most noteworthy companies in the real estate sector again this year in the Expansión newspaper’s “Who’s Who in the Spanish Economy” 2023.
The paper publishes a special insert on the country’s most important companies and executives, as well as the most important sectors of the economy.
Alting has a solid history with over 45 years building value in the Spanish real estate market.
The company, led by Eduardo Marcos, is working on various residential and hotel projects in Barcelona and Madrid, where it has several projects underway to transform assets into holiday and hotel apartments, as well as new-build developments for sale or lease.
Plus, the Group is also working on acquiring new properties in Madrid and Barcelona, although other operations in major Spanish cities are also being considered.
