Housing prices rose 4.5% in the third quarter of the year, compared to the same period in 2014. This indicator showed its best rebound since the last quarter of 2007 and has now posted six consecutive quarters of growth.
Regarding the second quarter of the year, the price of housing rose 0.7%, according to the report published today by the Spanish National Statistics Institute (INE).
For new properties, the year-on-year increase was 4.3%, six tenths lower than the previous quarter, and second-hand housing prices rose 4.5%, seven tenths more than the April-June period.
