EXPANSIÓN: Alting in the ‘Who’s who in the real estate sector after the crisis’

Alting Real Estate Group is today one of the protagonists of the real estate sector analysis published by the economic newspaper Expansión. The report analyses the current real estate situation in Catalonia, ten years after the bubble burst and the Lehman Brothers’ bankruptcy.

With the start of the economic recovery, the scenario of Catalan real estate is completely different from that which existed a decade ago. While many companies have disappeared from the market and new ones such as the REITs have appeared on the scene, there are few companies that have survived an important readjustment and professionalization of the sector.

Among the companies that have reinforced their ranking, we find Alting, a real estate group with 40 years of experience and a consolidated career in Investment and Management of Prime Real Estate Assets.

This recent period, marked by the global crisis, has allowed us to learn and adapt to new markets, and, thanks to the diversification of our real estate assets, we have achieved consolidation in the sector.

The company currently faces the future with a new strategic plan, aimed at the growth and generation of value in its three business areas: investments, developments and real estate agency.

  • INVESTMENTS
The strategic axis of the company. We acquire, transform and manage real estate, maximizing their value and we incorporate them to our select portfolio of assets, always prioritizing their location and quality.
  • DEVELOPMENTS
We promote real estate developments and transformation projects in the best locations of Barcelona.
  • REAL ESTATE AGENCY
We manage the leasing and/or sale of exclusive luxury dwellings, buildings, offices and premises in the best locations of Barcelona; and we administer and manage the real estate equity of our clients.
