Roig Construccions is the winner of the tender to carry out the new building phase of Alting’s new development of exclusive rental homes at 10-12 Alfons XII Street in Barcelona.
The building is located in Sant Gervasi-Galvany near Travessera de Gràcia and Carrer de Tuset, and its total area will be 2,545 m².
Roig Construccions is a construction and services company with over 30 years of experience in building construction and refurbishments of buildings, retail spaces and homes.
In this new phase, work is currently underway on the earthworks, foundations and structure of the new residential building designed at 10-12 Alfons XII Street..
The project, which is currently being executed, will include 8 homes with premium finishes divided between two floors, a retail space with a loft on the first floor and 42 parking spots located in the two underground levels (-1 and -2). Plus, the development will have a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool.
Alting purchased the building in July 2020, and it will become part of our portfolio of assets as a residential building with luxury rental homes which should be available to rent in late 2021.
