Alting advises Tomás Abellán in leasing new Restaurante Savia

Tomás Abellán has inaugurated a new restaurant at Carrer de Casanova 211 in Barcelona, in an operation with guidance from the Alting Real Estate Group Sales Department.

The retail space, with a large glass façade, is located at Carrer de Casanova 211, not far from Plaça de Francesc Macià and Turó Parc.

The project spearheaded by Tomás Abellán and Santiago Pérez is called Savia and its philosophy has three main pillars: “love for the produce, love for the roots and love for service”.

Simple, seasonal cuisine, with traceable, organic produce; no sulfites, sweeteners, plastic, commercial brands or processed foods of unknown origin are allowed into the kitchen. The restaurant has a zero-waste policy. Although vegetables abound, the menu also features steak tartare, fish of the day and their famous free-range chicken meatball.

 The select list of sulfite-free wines is curated by Ximena Arce, featuring natural wines from trustworthy wineries.

After the success of Bar Alegría and Casa Luz, now we can enjoy Tomás Abellán’s cuisine at Savia.
