Coinciding with this anniversary, the company updates its corporate image and presents a new web page

 

Alting Real Estate Group, a leading company of the real estate sector with headquarters in Barcelona, celebrates this year, 2017, its 40th anniversary.

Coinciding with this anniversary, the company has updated and renovated the corporate brand, with an aesthetic evolution of the logo, maintaining the essence of the building that characterizes its image and that has accompanied it since it began.

Furthermore, the launching of this evolution of the Alting’s corporate image coincides with the implementation of a new web page, totally responsive and adaptable to all types of devices, more visual and modern.

Alting’s history is the result of a management model based on rigor, effectiveness and dedication, values that have accompanied the company all these years with the maximum objective of generating real estate value.

The real estate market throughout these 40 years has been very dynamic, and upward cycles as well as periods of crisis have been experienced. The protagonists of the market have also changed and Alting has seen a large number of companies and business models be created and disappear.

Founded in the year 1977 by Eduardo Marcos, Alting was created under an innovative concept of complete real estate consulting of management, mediation and administration of real estate property. Later, in a period of expansion and growth that went from 1988 to 1997, an extension to the business model took place, creating two new business lines: investment and real estate development.

After the successful overcoming of the real estate crisis following the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, the company called for the execution of important investments that provided it the great stimulation that has led it to its current position in the real estate sector.

Forty years after its founding, Alting has overcome a new crisis in the sector that has allowed it to adapt to the new markets with the diversification of its real estate assets.

In 2017, with the start of the economic recovery, the Company took on a new strategic plan directed at growth and generation of value sustainable over time from its three business areas: Investments, Developments and Agency.

  • INVESTMENTS
    The strategic axis of the company. It acquires, transforms and manages buildings, maximizing their value and incorporating them to its select portfolio of assets, always prioritizing their location and quality.
  • DEVELOPMENTS
    It develops selected real estate properties and transformation projects in the best locations of Barcelona.
  • REAL ESTATE AGENCY
    It manages the leasing and/or sale of exclusive luxury homes, buildings, offices and premises in the best locations of Barcelona; and it administers and manages real estate properties of its clients.
