In the framework of the workshop on housing and future that the Asociación de Promotores de Cataluña (APCE) (Association of Developers of Catalonia) organizes and which took place on Thursday, July 6, in the CosmoCaixa Auditorium, in Barcelona, Jerónimo Martin, corporate director of Alting Real Estate Group, formed part of the round table of experts who gave their vision of the developer-builder sector and residential property.
With the title of “Economic - Real Estate Situation and Perspectives. The financing of real estate projects”, this meeting brought together specialists and relevant operators of the real estate sector. The inauguration, had the presence of Mr. Julio Gómez-Pomar, Secretary of State of Infrastructures, Transport and Housing of the Ministry of Public Works and Mr. Carles Sala, Secretary of Housing and Urban Improvement of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
