The Quality Department of Alting Real Estate Group is immersed in the development of a project of Quality improvement and Customer Assistance through different surveys of our clients. The conducted surveys have as their objective to know the degree of satisfaction with the services offered by the different business lines of the company.
In 2017 a total of 1,200 calls have already been made to learn first-hand the opinion of our clients and we have obtained a mean of 9.08 in the evaluation of the services that we have provided.
In our desire to offer the best service possible to our clients, with this project, at ALTING we are committed to evaluating in depth the insights of our clients in order to improve day by day and achieve excellence in our work.
