Today we’re presenting a video on the Kennedy Residencial project that featured Alting Technical Director Pedro Ojesto, Project Manager María Santos, and the Mercè Borrell studio.
The Kennedy Residencial building was designed by Modernisme architect Eusebi Bona i Puig in the mid-20th century and is listed for its historical value.
The Alting Developments department carried out an exhaustive renovation, blending tradition and modernity.
The result is a development with top-quality finishes and efficiency, with the latest in home technology, such as aerothermics and home automation. These features contrast elegantly with the more iconic, traditional elements of the building, which have been carefully restored.
