Alting’s technical department, alongside Roig Construccions, will be starting work on the final stage of construction works for Alting’s “build-to-rent” development on 10-12 Alfonso XII Street, Barcelona in the first half of August, on 11/08.

The luxury rental apartment complex is located in the heart of the Sant Gervasi-Galvany neighborhood, near Travessera de Gràcia and Carrer de Tuset, and its total area will be 2,545 m².

In this last stage, they will be carrying out work on the doors and windows, both on the facade and internally, and the flooring, tiling, coverings and fittings of the building.

The development will include 8 homes with 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounges and kitchens fitted with excellent furnishings.

The development will also have a roof-top solarium with a swimming pool, a commercial establishment with a loft on the first floor, bicycle parking and 42 parking spaces located in the two basement floors, some of which will have electric charging docks.

Alting purchased the asset in July 2020, and it will become part of our portfolio of assets as a residential building with luxury rental homes which should be available to rent in March 2022.
