The transformation of Ruiz Alarcón 5, in Madrid, a listed property with great historical value and LEED Gold certification, in collaboration with the Ortiz León Arquitectos studio, among 2021 architecture projects highlighted in Proarquitectura.

Aware of its historical value, as a listed building, elements like the wood joinery, stairs and rooftop have been restored, working closely with the Spanish Office for the Protection of Historical Heritage.

The building has been painstakingly refurbished: modernizing and reinterpreting the spaces to fit the needs of the most discerning 21st-century companies as their corporate headquarters, applying criteria of flexibility and functionality.

It is in a privileged location in the central Jerónimos neighborhood of Madrid, near Retiro Park and Paseo del Prado.
