“Torre Barcelona” – 477 Diagonal Avenue

“Torre Barcelona”is a highly emblematic building of high-standing offices, on Diagonal Avenue, just off Francesc Macià Square.

Built between 1968 and 1970 by architect Emili Bordoy, it was fully refurbished in 2002. Its 22 floors are home to many prestigious national and international companies, as well as the headquarters of the Alting Group.

28 Aragó

Corner retail building in the heart of the Eixample district, very close to Espanya Square and the Montjuïc fairgrounds

After a comprehensive renovation project it is now home to EAE Business School which belongs to the Planeta Group.

495 Aragó

Building centrally located on the corner of Aragó Street and Castillejos Street, very near the 22@ district and the Sagrada Familia. This corner building has a 24-meter façade. Ideal for education / training use.

The property, purchased from REVLON in 2020, was formerly the hair-styling training center for the renowned US cosmetics company. The Alting technical department is studying several options for the property with projects for different uses: residential, offices and retail space.


29-31 Passeig de Gràcia – 5-star Hotel

Exceptional building in the heart of Passeig de Gràcia Street, restored and renovated by Alting in 2000. Its façade is listed in the Barcelona City Council’s Protected Buildings catalog

271 Aragó – Hotel Room Mate Anna

Modernism building located in the Quadrat d’Or, on Aragó Street just off Passeig de Gràcia Street.It was built in the early 20th century and fully renovated in 1994.

In 2016, Alting transformed it into a 4-star superior hotel with 81 rooms, on lease to the Room Mate hotel chain.

4 Fontcoberta – Ginosi Pedralbes Hotel

Hotel Pedralbes, with 3 stars and 34 rooms, is located in the neighborhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi.

At Alting we updated and renovated the building, adapting the rooms and common spaces to the boutique hotel concept, leased to the Ginosi hotel group.

130 Aragó – The Streets Apartments

Residential building, developed and promoted by Alting, located in the Eixample Esquerra, on Aragó Street with Comte d’Urgell Street.

The building has a license for tourist use and is leased to The Streets Apartments. It also has retail space.

362 Mallorca – Apartments Hostemplo Suites

Modernisme building near the Basilica of the Sagrada Família, one of the most popular retail and tourism areas of the city.

At Alting we fully refurbished the building while maintaining the façade, transforming the interior to be used as tourist apartments. It is leased to the Hostemplo hotel group which uses it as tourist apartments

29-31 Passeig de Gràcia

Exceptional retail spaces in the Quadrat d’Or, in the heart of Passeig de Gràcia Street. Its façade is listed in the Barcelona City Council’s Protected Buildings catalog.

The spaces are currently leased to Nike and Mango.

271 Aragó 

Modernisme building on Aragó Street just off Passeig de Gràcia street. It was built in the early 20th century and fully renovated in 1994.

The retail space is home to US coffee chain Starbucks.

Retail space in a corporate office building with LEED Gold certification, in an unbeatable location on Diagonal Avenue, just off Passeig de Gràcia street.

477 Diagonal Avenue “Torre Barcelona”

443 Balmes – Kennedy Residencial
