Based on the events we are currently experiencing due to the spread of COVID-19, we are hereby notifying you that since last Friday we have implemented a protocol of preventative measures following the guidelines of WHO and the Ministry of Health, always prioritizing the safety of everyone in order to continue our work. Some of the measures include:
- We are now working remotely. Our entire team has the materials and technology needed to continue taking care of all arrangements.
- We will be available in our usual schedule as follows:
Our telephone lines will be open from Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 2 pm and 3:30 to 7 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm. Our usual email accounts will also be operating. - Internal meetings will be held via videoconferencing.
- External meetings will be held via videoconferencing whenever possible; otherwise, they will still be held, but following the safety protocol.
