ALTING AMONG THE LEADING COMPANIES IN THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR
Alting Real Estate Group, once again one of the leading companies in the real estate sector, published in the Expansión newspaper supplement “Who’s Who in the Spanish economy” 2022.
The supplement shows the most significant companies and executives in the country, as well as the most important sectors for the economy.
Alting, headed by Eduardo Marcos and which in 2022 sees its 45th anniversary, is immersed in different projects in Barcelona and Madrid, including:
- Fuencarral, 6 (Madrid). Purchased in January 2022. Office building with retail space on the first floor.
- Ruiz de Alarcón, 5 (Madrid). Project to transform the property into a five-star hotel.
- Alfons XII, 10-12 (Barcelona). Development of newly built homes to rent.
- Balmes, 443 – Kennedy Residencial (Barcelona). Luxury housing development for sale.
- Balmes, 433 (Barcelona). Build-to-rent housing development scheduled to be completed the end of this year.
Plus, the Group is also working on acquiring new properties in Madrid and Barcelona, although other operations in major Spanish cities are also being considered.
