Alting has celebrated in the Llotja de Mar of Barcelona its 30th anniversary, in a ceremony presided by Jordi Pujol, which brought together more than three hundred persons among which there was a representative sample of the current Spanish business scene as well as the public administrations, the financial sector and the communications media.

The evening started with a speech by the company's chairman, Eduardo Marcos. After his speech, he gave the floor to Jordi Pujol, who analysed the economic and development of the real estate industry.
