The Catalan real estate firm Alting increases their activity in Barcelona with the purchase of a residential building.
The property, located at 100 Sant Antoni Maria Claret Street, near the Passeig de Sant Joan Street, has signified an investment of 9.5 million.
The former owner was a Catalan family.
