The technical department of Alting Real Estate Group has completed the renovation project of Balmes 433, a development of newly built properties for sale in the Sant Gervasi - La Bonanova neighborhood, next to Kennedy Square, Tibidabo Avenue and Passeig de Sant Gervasi street in Barcelona.

THE B433 RENOVATION PROJECT – COMFORT AND SUSTAINABILITY
The building was acquired by the Alting Group in 2016 and the project has been developed and promoted by the company's technical department, led by Technical Director Pedro Ojesto and Project Manager Sergi Pañart, together with the construction company ECIS, who were responsible for carrying out the project.
It is a residential building constructed in the mid-20th century by Catalan architect Eusebi Bona i Puig. It is a modest yet elegant building, typical of the period.
The complete renovation emphasizes the features of a modern and cosmopolitan building, recovering its original beauty and incorporating aspects of comfort and innovative advances.
