The firm “Carlos Bassó Arquitectura”, dedicated to the development of urban and architectonic projects, will move its headquarters to the Torre Barcelona under the advice of the commercial companies department of Altimg Real Estate Group.

The building Torre Barcelona is located at 477 Diagonal Avenue, next to the Francesc Macià Square. It has 22 floors and is exceptionally representative due to its height with a detached glazed façade in a strategic location. Fully renovated, it has latest-generation installations with advanced technology, in addition to all the services typical of a building of elite status.

The new firm of Carlos Bassó will occupy office C of the 12th floor of this tower, offices of 170 m² completely diaphanous with spectacular views over Barcelona. As the Bassó team told us, the motivation for the change of offices is due to “love at first sight that cannot be explained with words. It is only a question of chemistry.” The new headquarters provide it with “improved working conditions, natural light and connectivity with the airport, urban and interurban transport.”

Alting is the owner of 5,168.26m² of the building that is leased to different companies of national and international prestige. The Torre Barcelona forms part of the select real estate assets of Alting, housing at the same time the headquarters of the company itself.

The firm of “Carlos Bassó Arquitectura” has participated in a wide variety of projects that go from the urban planning to office buildings, with emphasis on quality of the design from a broad architectonic philosophy. Bassó has been responsible for the design of hotels, single-family and multi-family dwellings, shopping centers, school and university buildings, bus station, industrial buildings and the restoration of historic buildings.
