A PROJECT BUILT BY ROIG CONSTRUCCIONS
Barcelona, 17 May 2022.- Alting has completed the build-to-rent residential project at 10-12 Alfons XII Street. The project developed by the Alting technical department was awarded to Roig Construccions, which carried out the construction phases from beginning to end. .
This development of luxury rental homes is located in the heart of Sant Gervasi Galvany, just off Travessera de Gràcia Street and Tuset Street, close to the Diagonal Avenue shopping area and Gal·la Placídia Square.
The building, which has 8 units with 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bright living rooms and fully equipped kitchens with excellent finishes, also features an amazing rooftop solarium with a pool, one first-floor retail space with a loft area, bike parking and 42 parking spaces on the underground floors, -1 and -2, some with chargers for electric vehicles.
Plus, the building has a foyer with smart lockers (Mayordomo Smart point) and shared Wi-Fi on all floors and in common areas.
Alting acquired the building in July 2020 and it is part of our portfolio of assets as a residential building with luxury homes for rent.
The acquisition, construction and commercialization as rental properties at 10-12 Alfons XII Street is part of the company’s strategic growth plan.
Alting Real Estate Group Projects for 2022
Alting, which is celebrating its 45th anniversary in 2022, currently has several residential and tertiary projects underway in Barcelona and Madrid, including the newly acquired office building at Fuencarral 6 (Madrid), purchased in January 2022; Passeig de Gràcia 29-31 (Barcelona), a five-star hotel leased to the US group Sonder after repositioning work and expected to reopen in the second half of 2022; and Balmes 433 (Barcelona), a build-to-rent residential project that is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
