Barcelona, November 1 2007.- The Catalan real estate group Alting has purchased a building for 21.6 million on Aribau Street of Barcelona, in Sant Gervasi district.
This is an office building with nine floors and a total area of about 4,280 m².
This purchase is part of the expansion process that the Alting Group is carrying out at present through the acquisition of real estate assets. Alting will completely remodel the building.
