The Catalan real estate agency Alting has leased the former headquarters of EBRO PULEVA in Madrid to Moratinos' Department.

The real estate company has signed a lease with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to occupy the building located on 5 Ruiz de Alarcón Street, in Madrid, for five years.

This property is part of the portfolio of assets that EBRO PULEVA sold in 2005.
