In the framework of the seminars on offices and work spaces that the Grupo Vía organized on Thursday, March 8, in the Showroom Actiu in Barcelona, Jerónimo Martín, corporate director of Alting Real Estate Group, was part of the distinguished group of experts that shared with the participants the keys and trends of the office sector, as well as different cases of success.

Grupo Vía was the organizer of this third edition in Barcelona of the seminar on Workplace Strategy that analyzed the changes in the way companies work: the elimination of fixed work stations, teamwork, the introduction of technology, distance working, the incorporation of millennials and the flexibility of hours.

Among the speakers, the presence of Francisco López, Territorial Director of Cataluña of BNP Paribas Real Estate, of Beatriz de Latorre, Director of Workplace and Design of Savills - Aguirre Nemwan, and Jerónimo Martín, from Alting, can be highlighted.

In the case of BNP Paribas, they showed a current market study of offices in Barcelona, stressing the interest and the attraction that the city generates for international companies. Savills - Aguirre Newman, in turn, explained how to put people in the center in order to create work environments, placing great emphasis on the accessibility, mobility, personal development and flexibility.

Jerónimo Martín contributed to the seminar the vision of a consolidated property management company and of how the owners of buildings located in Prime Zones must adapt to the increasingly exacting and changing demand in order to maximize the value of their Core Plus Value Added assets.

Finally, the event brought together professionals from architecture and interior design specialized mainly in the tertiary sector to present different cases of success in the promotion and renovation of offices.
