The property comprises approximately 6,600 sqm distributed over 11 above-ground floors and 2 basement parking levels. It stands out for its visibility, accessibility and strategic location within the Eixample district.

Acquired by Alting in October 2024, the Group’s Development division carried out a comprehensive refurbishment project in less than one year, aimed at upgrading the asset to meet current office market standards. The building achieved LEED Gold certification, further strengthening its positioning within a prime environment.

The intervention included the complete modernization of the property, with particular focus on the renovation of the lobby, common areas and office spaces, enhancing both functionality and corporate image.

Finally, in December 2025, Alting’s Investment division completed the sale of the asset to Banca March.
