The building is located in the prime area of the Catalan capital, in the prestigious neighborhood of Sarrià – Sant Gervasi, between Diagonal Avenue and Via Augusta street.
In 2016, we acquired Hotel Pedralbes and the Alting technical department renovated the whole building to adapt both the rooms and the common spaces to suit a modern, functional 3-star hotel.
After renting it to the German hotel group Limehome in 2022, in 2023 we divested this asset by selling it to a Catalan Family Office.
The building has 1.310m² on 7 floors.
Pedralbes, is a well-known luxury residential area, and home to important universities and business schools, as well as nationally and world-renowned hospitals and clinics, making it a great location for a hotel for travelers.
