Coinciding with the celebration of the 21st edition of the Barcelona Meeting Point, Alting will hold a presentation ceremony of the transformation project of the exclusive building
Alting Real Estate Group will present the renovation project of its building D371 next Friday, 27 October, following the holding of the 21st edition of the Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP), the prestigious international fair of the real estate sector. The presentation will be a meeting of professionals from the sector and the economic arena in the building itself.
The exclusive building is located in the prime hub of Barcelona, at 371 Diagonal Avenue of Barcelona, at the intersection of Avenida Diagonal with Pau Claris Street and a few metres from Passeig de Gràcia Street. D371 is one of the main assets owned by Alting comprising the Company’s asset and investor portfolio.
Currently the Alting Developments team is immersed in the complete renovation plan for the building in order to offer the future tenants the latest innovations and the best finishes and installations on the market.
The marketing of the building, ideal for corporate headquarters or commercial and office use, will be in a leasehold system; therefore, Alting has opted for a collaboration with the international agencies CBRE and Savills.
D371 has ample views of Barcelona and excellent natural light, thanks to its glass façade on three sides. It has a total surface area of 3,082 m², of which 2,112 m² correspond to commercial use and 970 m² to underground private parking. A private terrace on the roof is highlighted, which can be used as a recreational area with spectacular views of the city.
The final result of the technical project will be an energy-efficient, environmentally friendly building, with the aim of achieving the accredited LEED GOLD Certification.
In the presentation on Friday, 27 October, Alting, CBRE and Savills will meet with real estate agents and collaborators of Barcelona on the occasion of the BMP. In this way all the attendees can get to know first-hand the characteristics of the new D371 and evaluate in situ all the possibilities the representative building offers.
