The event was a complete success in achieving attendance with more than 60 people from the real estate sector. The guests responded with good feedback upon learning the high-quality finishes and the perspectives of achieving the accredited LEED GOLD certification, which implies an energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly building. Furthermore, the different real estate advisers were able to discover the recreational space for the terrace of D371, with wide and spectacular views of Barcelona, the Casa de les Puntxes and the Sagrada Familia.

The building, ideal for a corporate headquarters or commercial and office use, has 3,082 m² and is marketed on a lease basis with the collaboration of CBRE and Savills.
