The building, listed in Barcelona City Council’s Catalogue of Protected Buildings, retains all its historical and architectural value. After its latest update in 2023, it now houses a boutique hotel operated by the international group Sonder, and includes commercial spaces leased to MANGO and PRIMOR, two leading brands in the retail sector.

The commercial space on the ground floor is leased to the well-known fashion brand of the CALZEDONIA GROUP, with expansion on the first floor.
