5-star hotel at 29-31 Passeig de Gràcia
Exceptional building located in the heart of Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona’s most iconic avenues. Alting fully refurbished the property, transforming it from office space into a luxury 5-star hotel.
The building, listed in Barcelona City Council’s Catalogue of Protected Buildings, retains all its historical and architectural value. After its latest update in 2023, it now houses a boutique hotel operated by the international group Sonder, and includes commercial spaces leased to MANGO and PRIMOR, two leading brands in the retail sector.
4* Superior Hotel Project at Gran Vía 3
A project to convert an office building on the iconic Gran Vía in Madrid into a 4* Superior hotel, in collaboration with the prestigious Rafael de la Hoz architecture studio.
The building is located on one of the most emblematic streets of the capital, the nerve center and commercial hub of Madrid, surrounded by theaters, shops, and a wide cultural offering, and close to the city’s main points of interest.
4-star Superior hotel at Aragón 271
Modernist-style building located in the Quadrat d’Or, one of the most iconic areas of Barcelona’s Eixample district, just steps from Passeig de Gràcia. Originally built in the early 20th century, the property underwent a full renovation in 1994, preserving its architectural value and integration within the historical surroundings.
In 2016, Alting transformed the building, converting what was formerly the University of Chicago’s Barcelona headquarters into a 4-star superior hotel. The property is currently leased and operated by the renowned hotel chain ROOM MATE.
5-star GL hotel at Ruiz de Alarcón 5
A classic-style building, fully protected, located in the prestigious Los Jerónimos neighborhood, next to Retiro Park and Paseo del Prado, one of the most exclusive areas of Madrid.
From Alting’s Developments area, we developed a rehabilitation and transformation project, converting it into a 5-star Gran Lujo hotel, in a tailor-made project in collaboration with the architecture studio of Luis Galiano, and designed after the signing of its lease with the hotel chain MERCER HOTELS.
Tourist Apartments Project on Carrera de San Jerónimo 19
Commercial building in the heart of Madrid, between the Congress of Deputies and Puerta del Sol. Just minutes away from the Paseo del Prado and Alcalá Street, one of the most dynamic and popular districts in the city.
The action plan managed by Alting’s promotion department includes the change of use from office building to tourist apartments, through a comprehensive renovation that will restore the facades and common areas. In collaboration with the architecture firm of Luis Galiano.
Tourist apartments building Fuencarral 6
A commercial and office building located in the heart of Madrid, next to Gran Vía, with a linear façade of over 25 meters in one of the most dynamic shopping areas in the city.
From Alting’s Promotions department, we are overseeing the transformation process to convert the offices into a complex of 34 tourist apartments, with a tailor-made project developed after signing the lease with the European group NUMA. The commercial space on the ground floor is leased to the well-known fashion brand of the CALZEDONIA GROUP, with expansion on the first floor.
Tourist apartment building in Mallorca 362
Modernist property located next to the Sagrada Família Basilica, in one of Barcelona’s most touristic and commercial areas. Its privileged location makes it a high-value strategic asset.
The building was fully refurbished by Alting, preserving its modernist façade while transforming the interior into tourist apartments. It is currently leased to the hotel group HOSTEMPLO, which operates it as tourist accommodation.

Residential building developed and promoted by Alting’s technical department, in a prime location in Eixample Esquerra — one of Barcelona’s most dynamic areas.
Just a 10-minute walk from España Square, the property offers excellent accessibility for both tourists and professionals.
This asset holds a tourist use license and is currently leased to Bbarcelona Apartments, a well-established tourist rental agency in the city.
