The real estate fair Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP) is 20 years old this week. The annual edition of the international salon will take place on 19-23 October in Pavilion 8 of the Fira de Barcelona. Another year in which the real estate fair will bring together in Barcelona Spanish and international companies of the sector, agents and investors.

As has become usual, the fair for the mass public, the "Shop in Barcelona. Real Estate", will be divided in an area for meetings and another for exhibits. In the International Cluster, sales and contacts can be made with real estate agents and final buyers of the markets most interested in Spain: Europe, Russia and China.

The principal new aspect for the BMP 2016 is the creation of the cluster "Reform Point", an exclusive exhibit area for companies linked to the sector of reforms, installations and restoration of dwellings, commercial establishments and/or buildings, both of residential and commercial use.

As for the Professional Fair, the "Investors’ Cluster" will have an exclusive area for contacts among investment professionals, with a central meeting area (“Business Lounge” for networking) and “turn-key stands” with the best real estate investment products. In addition, the BMP 2016 will hold the “Barcelona Funds Meeting” which will bring together for the third consecutive year managers of investment funds from all over the world.

Finally, the BMP 2016 will be for another year the headquarters of the BMP Intermacional Symposium, a space in which the most current and relevant subjects of the real estate sector will be discussed. For this, the BMP will have the collaboration of important and select institutions of the sector both on the national and international level.
