Barcelona, 18 July 2024.- ALTING Real Estate Group, a benchmark in the Spanish real estate sector led by Eduardo Marcos, has brought Alberto Pellejer on board as the new Director of Business Development in Madrid.
With this latest incorporation, Alting is strengthening its management team and commitment to expansion and geographic diversification of its portfolio of assets. Alberto will lead the Madrid Investment Department from the capital, overseeing fulfillment of the growth and strategy goals in the Alting Group business plan.
Alberto has a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a master in Urban Planning and Territory Planning (MUOT) from the CEU San Pablo University. He has over 20 years of experience in positions of responsibility in the real estate sector at renowned national and international investment groups.
Thanks to its latest investments, the Alting Group now has 25% of its portfolio in Madrid, all in prime locations. Alberto, with his extensive expertise and network of contacts, will help identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, fueling the company’s growth and expansion to position the Group in Madrid.
