After completing the demolition works, Alting has continued to make progress on the Alfons XII, 10-12 residential project, located in the heart of Sant Gervasi-Galvany, next to Travessera de Gràcia Street and Tuset Street.

The project, which is being promoted by Alting's technical department, includes a development of exclusive 2- and 3-bedroom homes with 2 bathrooms, large living rooms and fully equipped kitchens with excellent finishes. Moreover, there will be a car park in the same building, a bicycle storage area and a rooftop community terrace with a swimming pool.

Homes in this luxury residential building are expected to be available to rent by the end of 2021. The property, which was acquired in July 2020, will be part of our assets portfolio.
