The offices, of 320 m² located on the 1st floor of a mixed building with concierge service, are situated at 420 Urgell Street, in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample and very near the Avinguda Diagonal.
The Fincas Bel-mont team has indicated to us that they are in a strong expansion process that, in the medium term, will allow them to have presence in all of Catalonia, with the mission of offering their clients an exclusive 360º service and attention, with the quality of services certified by ISO.With the purchase of these offices in Barcelona, they take another step in this growth process.
Currently, Fincas Bel-mont has 37 employees and manages around 720 homeowner associations and 200 owners, accumulating a total of 13,250 departments or co-ownership properties.
