Alting's Companies Division has brokered the leasing by EVENIA HOTELS of an office of 460 m², where the hotel company will set up its headquarters.

These offices, on which the lease has recently been agreed, are in the mezzanine of a mixed building right in the centre of the financial district of Barcelona.

The Spanish company, which offers its hotels located on the Catalan coast, in Almeria, the Pyrenees and in the city of Barcelona through Internet, has been present in the holiday accommodations market for over 30 years.
