Alting Group has acquired the building located at number 3 on the iconic Gran Vía in Madrid, which, with a built area of 3,100 m², will be transformed into a 4* Superior category hotel.
This operation is part of Alting’s strategy to expand and diversify its portfolio in prime locations, consolidating its presence in the Madrid real estate market and reaffirming its commitment to the rehabilitation of iconic buildings.
The architectural project, led by the renowned Rafael de la Hoz studio, is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, with a total estimated investment of 35 million euros.
