Today in the Spanish financial newspaper Expansión. Alting Group has purchased a building in downtown Madrid, at Calle Fuencarral 6, just off Gran Vía, one of the most sought-after retail streets in the city.
The acquisition price was €18 million, and Busquets & Gálvez and CBRE real estate agencies provided intermediation for the transaction.
