Alting Group has closed a deal to sell the building at Avinguda Diagonal 431 bis to Banca March, in an operation mediated by JLL Private Wealth Barcelona, as Expansión newspaper published.
This transaction is part of our asset repositioning and rotation strategy, following the acquisition and comprehensive transformation of the property to adapt it to the needs of the current market. The building, which has obtained LEED Gold certification, has been repositioned as a Grade A office building, reflecting our commitment to quality, sustainability, and value creation.
