At Alting, we carried out the complete refurbishment of the lobby and mezzanine level of a residential building in Eixample Esquerra, Barcelona, next to Francesc Macià Square and Diagonal Avenue, transforming a former gym into six exclusive high-end residences.
A Benchmark Development
In 2011, our development department designed and executed six newly built residences, featuring 1 and 2-bedroom layouts with spacious private terraces ranging from 12m² to 165m². The project also included the modernization of the building’s main lobby and the conversion of a commercial space on the ground floor. The entire process was completed in less than nine months, ensuring efficient execution and superior quality standards.
By 2013, our Real Estate Consulting division successfully managed the marketing and sale of these premium residences, establishing Buenos Aires 46 as a benchmark for luxury and modernity in Barcelona at the time.
