Building located on Calàbria Street, next to Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes Avenue, very close to Espanya Square and the Barcelona Fair Venue.
In 2013, at Alting we acquired a plot of land in the heart of Barcelona on Calàbria Street, 90-92.
After reaching an agreement with the hotel group AXEL Hotels for the construction of their 2nd hotel in the city, the Company’s Developments department built the HOTEL TWO by Axel in just 11 months, out of the initially planned 14 months.
Finally, in 2016, the Investment Department of Alting completed the sale of the asset to a Barcelona’s Family Office.
The building has a total surface area of 4,786m² distributed over 6 floors above ground and 3 underground floors. It is a superior 4-star hotel with 87 rooms and 29 parking spaces.
This collaboration with Axel Hotels allowed us to create a hotel that stays true to the concept and philosophy of the chain. Intimate spaces, but without barriers, thanks to a significant dose of creativity and knowledge of trends and materials.
