In 2024, the Consulting department completed its sale in less than 2 years, demonstrating the great reception of this new housing development in Barcelona’s demanding luxury real estate market.

In the heart of the Sant Gervasi neighborhood, on Kennedy Square, one of the most select residential areas in Barcelona, is KENNEDY RESIDENCIAL. A historic, listed building that has been exquisitely restored and renovated.

Alting Group acquired the building in 2019 and the company’s technical department has been developed and promoted a project that includes 14 exclusive, modern homes, spacious and bright, designed with top-of-the-line finishes. The building has an exclusive pool and sunroom with stunning views.

In 2023, the Consulting department successfully completed its sale as a luxury housing development.

Fontcoberta, 4 – Hotel Pedralbes
The Pedralbes Hotel, with a 3 star rate, is located in the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district.

At Alting, we acquired Pedralbes Hotel in 2017 and carried out a modernization and update process of the building, adapting both the rooms and common areas, turning it into a Boutique hotel.

After renting it to the German hotel group Limehome in 2022, in 2023 we divested this asset by selling it to a Catalan Family Office.

New construction hotel project leased to the AXEL Hotels Group and sold to a Family Office.

In 2013, at Alting we acquired a plot of land in the center of Barcelona and carried out an exclusive project to build a hotel for the hotel group AXEL Hotels in just 11 months.

Subsequently, in 2016, we sold the asset as a whole to a Family Office from Barcelona city.

Office-to-residential conversion project: comprehensive rehabilitation of the building and new development luxury homes for sale.

In 2007, Alting acquired an office building in the heart of Sant Gervasi – Galvany.

Alting’s technical team designed a residential building with 27 homes, parking, a solarium area with a pool and 360º views of Barcelona from the rooftop.

And in 2017, the Consulting department successfully completed its sale as a luxury housing development.

A transformation project converting a commercial space into a premium residential development.

At Alting, we carried out the full-scale renovation of the lobby and mezzanine level of a residential building in Eixample Esquerra, Barcelona, converting a former gym into six exclusive luxury residences.

Located on Buenos Aires Street, next to Francesc Macià Square and Diagonal Avenue, this development has redefined the concept of high-end living in one of the most privileged areas of the city.

Development and construction of an exclusive residential complex in the heart of Sant Andreu.

Following the acquisition of a prime plot in one of the most central and commercial areas of the Sant Andreu neighbourhood, our technical team from Alting’s development division designed a new-build residential building featuring 16 modern apartments, a spacious commercial unit on the ground floor, and parking spaces with storage units.

Finally, our Real Estate Consulting division successfully completed the sales and marketing process, establishing Gran de Sant Andreu 157 as a benchmark for new-build residential projects in Barcelona.
