From Alting’s Promotions department, we are overseeing the transformation process to convert the offices into a complex of 34 tourist apartments, with a tailor-made project developed after signing the lease with the European group NUMA. The commercial space on the ground floor is leased to the well-known fashion brand of the CALZEDONIA GROUP, with expansion on the first floor.
