Modernisme building located in the Quadrat d’Or, on Aragó Street just off Passeig de Gràcia street, with 3,900m².

It was built in the early 20th century and fully renovated in 1994.

In 2016, we transformed it into a 4-star superior hotel with 81 rooms, on lease to the Room Mate hotel chain.
