The premises, located at number 135 of Rambla de Catalunya, have 676 m² distributed in 251 m2 on the Ground Floor, 315 m2 in the Basement Floor and around 110 m² in an attic floor; the property of great architectonic value is managed by the Equity Management Area of the Alting Real Estate Group.
