Alting closes the leasing of the two commercial premises in the development located at 108 Girona Street, in Barcelona’s Eixample.
It deals with two establishments of 110 m2 each, both on the street level. The left establishment was leased by a dental clinic which is already active and the right one will be a restaurant, which is carrying out the conditioning works and will open its doors shortly.
