The Regional Department of Interior of the Catalan Government leases the third floor of an office building at 425 of Consell de Cent Street, owned by the Alting Property Group. The office has 500 m² and is located near Sant Joan Avenue, in a modern building mostly occupied by the headquarters of the newspaper El Periódico.
The operation was brokered by the Companies Division of the Consultancy of the Alting Real Estate Group Area.
