Barcelona, April 10 2025 – Primor, a leading perfume and cosmetics retailer, has inaugurated its new flagship store at 29-31Passeig de Gràcia, in a highly strategic retail space owned by the Alting Group.

With this opening, Primor is reinforcing its presence in Barcelona in one of the most strategic tourism and retail zones, in the heart of the golden mile, one of the city’s busiest and most nationally and internationally renowned shopping areas.

The premises, with 900 m² in an early 20th century Neoclassical building from Alting’s heritage porfolio has been fully remodeled for the Primor shop. The building also houses a 5-star hotel operated by the international chain Sonder-Marriott and the other retail space features a Mango shop. This cements its role as a highly valuable asset capable of drawing leading brands.
