The event featured <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ACoAABC0zZMBqOgozESKWTpMgwGTNwYe4CLHtJo\">Rafael Moreno Ubric<\/a>, founding partner of INUR; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ACoAACyNLnwBrmGlVyuhwXZZJ-RbUEa-IOs1zlA\">Alexandra G\u00f3mez P\u00e9rez<\/a>, partner at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/inur-abogados\/\">INUR<\/a>; Mar\u00eda Tenza Llorente, land registrar and director of SERC; and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ACoAAB5gJbQB5QR_cgyL4wV9bATv7_VTi9PfJNg\">Vanessa Rubiras Valenzuela,<\/a> legal director at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/alting-grupo-inmobiliario\/\">Alting Real Estate Group<\/a>. Plus Vicente Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda-Hinojal L\u00f3pez, chair of the Registradores de Catalu\u00f1a; and Joan Ram\u00f3n Casals i Mata, director-general for Law, Legal Entities and Mediation in the Catalan Ministry of Justice.<\/p>\n<p>The event took place at<strong> Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Fira<\/strong>, presenting this Handbook geared towards students, lawyers and agents involved in the real estate market, which analyzes all the steps in the <strong>processes associated with real estate law<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vanessa Rubiras made a very interesting contribution to the event, based on her experience and knowledge of the real estate sector.<\/strong> Vanessa discussed the current <strong>legal framework for leasing property, specifically the cap on rent prices<\/strong>, laid out in Law 11\/2020 of 18 September, applicable in Catalonia, and in the <strong>new draft National Housing Law<\/strong>, which was passed in the Council of Ministers held on 1 February 2022 and is expected to go into force later this year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-829708\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Presentacion-Manual-de-Derecho-Inmobiliario-blog.jpg\" alt=\"Presentaci\u00f3n Manual de Derecho Inmobiliario blog\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<h6><strong>Real Estate Law Handbook<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>The idea to write a <strong>Real Estate Law Handbook<\/strong> came from <strong>Rafael Moreno<\/strong>, founding partner of INUR law firm, who contacted Vanessa Rubiras and the other authors to offer them the opportunity to take part in the project. Vanessa wrote <strong>two chapters of the Handbook on urban leases and horizontal property.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim for this handbook is to <strong>compile all subjects related to real estate law in one place<\/strong>, so users don\u2019t have to consult several sources separately. This way, it is meant as a <strong>practical and educational<\/strong> handbook with information from various professionals (notaries, registrars, professors, lawyers, etc.) from all over Spain, in order to give it the broadest possible view.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-829705\"
