Precisely in these areas constituting the &#8216;fortresses&#8217; of the country according to this study, since they are &#8216;a lever of belief&#8217; for Spain.<\/p>\n<p>For the McKinsey Global Institute, <strong>the areas in the country should pay more attention to &#8216;education and innovation&#8217;<\/strong>, since Spain is in the lower third of the European average in these two
